She was predeceased by : her father Frank Mack; her former life partner Michael G. Homziak; her husband George Paich; and her son-in-law Ken Loyash. She is survived by : her children, Michael G. Homziak Jr., Jeffery Homziak (Nancy Petrella), Hopewell Twp, Frances Loyash and Kathy Homziak; and her granddaughter Christina Gibbs.
