He is survived by: his wife Carmen Costanza Heitzenrater; his sons, Patrick and Tommy (Kristin Heitzenrater); his grandchildren, Max, Brett, Camryn, Brady and Riley; his siblings, Doug Heitzenrater, Ron (Kim Heitzenrater), Rich (Bonnie Heitzenrater) and Nancy Malay; and his daughter-in-law Stacey Heitzenrater.
