He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cox and Elizabeth Cox (Huffman); his siblings, James Cox and Carole Cox; his grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Fordyce and Gregory Wietasch; and his son-in-law Mark Hupp.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lynn Cox (Montgomery); his daughters, Jody Hupp (Michael Bene) of Middletown, Ohio, Tammy Fordyce (Michael) of Amity, PA, Kimberly Wietasch (Kurt) of Amity, PA and Jamie Horner (David) of Anderson, Indiana; his grandchildren, Samantha Wiles, Ryan Hupp (Nicole), Brant Wietasch (Brandy), Tyler Horner (Samantha) and Macheala Horner; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Micah, Jacob, Caleb, Luke, Sadie, Evelyn and Isabella; and his sisters, Deborah Rasel of Washington and Pamela Korzun (Doug) of Maidsville, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
