Ruby of Anita, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julie Ruby (Woznicki) and Ange Ruby; his sister Jo Anne Clontz; his parents-in-law, Willie and Irene Shiock; his brother-in-law Dr. Sam Earley; his nieces and nephews, Sandy Jewell, Leslie Osikowicz, Todd Covert and Braden Shiock; and his great-nephew Chris Jewell.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ann Ruby (Shiock); his children, Chris Ruby (Autumn) of Greenville, PA and Melissa Manners of Punxsutawney; his granddaughters, Hanna and Ally; and his sister Nancy Bartleson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
