He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn E. Kunkle Baver; his parents, Arlan E. Baver and Mae E. Baver (Stetzler); his daughters, Theresa Kurtz (John) and Patricia Kunkle of Arlington, VA; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth and Aaron Kurtz.
The military honors was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
