He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Tolley and Ruth Tolley (Dixon); and his siblings, Imogene, Kenneth and Franklin.
He is survived by: his daughter Marika Bordner (Tim) of Halifax; his granddaughters, Emily of Halifax and Brenna of Baltimore, MD; his brothers, Edward Tolley (Juanita) of Prospect, KY and Roger Tolley of Charleston, WV; and his sister-in-law Brenda Tolley of Halifax.
