He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Browning and Betty Browning (Frame); his son Robert Browning; and his brothers, Richard Browning and Johnathon Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Browning (Clopper); his sons, Gary Browning of Greencastle and Johnallen Browning (Sara) of State College; and his stepdaughter Keisha Clopper of Hagerstown Maryland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
