He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Levi and Mary Grace Blazer (Nearhoof); and his siblings, Ralph, Irene, Hazel and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Eva Rennow; his children, Donald E., Jr. (Debbie) of Bellwood and Dee Blazier; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Curt) and Michael (Tyne); and his siblings, Jesse, Robert, Sam, Lee Blazer and Jean Kelly. He is also survived by four great-grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions in his memory be made to Trans4mation Church, Altoona.
