He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Stultz and Helen Stultz (Ehredt). He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Weaver; his children, Jason Stultz (Audrie), Abrianna Stultz, Christopher Laird (Jenifer) and Matthew Laird (Sheri); his grandchildren, Judah, Darian, Renee, Liam, Hayden, Maya, Margot, Kailynn, Levi and Ava; and his sister Penni Cyphert.
The family suggests that contributions in Tim's memory be made to Central Penna.
