He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Mildred E. Bookhamer (Irvine); his sister Mary Kay Bookhamer; and his pet Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Hostler (Yingling); his children, Todd R. (Sue), Melissa K. Kissell (Mike) and Thomas W.; his grandchildren, Nicole Fleck (Kaleb), Sydney Sweitzer (Bryant), Tara and Kara; and his great grandchildren, Kallie, Breah and Madden.

The family suggests that contributions in Tom's memory be made to Central PA Humane Society, Altoona.
