He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Crystal Cooper-Keeble (Mark) of Surprise, AZ.; his stepchildren, Cindy Burnham (Lamar) of Marietta, GA. and Jay Patrick Baker (Darci) of Cheyenne, WY.; his brother Donald Kochka (Maryann) of Bruster, MA.; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Kochka of West Virgina and Joyce Kochka of Vandergrift, PA.
