He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Sluka and Annett Sluka (Masnica); his former wife Antoinette Sluka; his wife Kathleen Sluka; and his brothers, Donald Sluka and Mark Kosma.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Sluka (Patricia) of Murrysville, Gregory Sluka (Angela) of Pittsburgh, Todd Sluka of Apollo and Lisa Gill (Brad) of Apollo; his sisters, Karen Bier (Keith) of Vandergrift and Monette Sowders (Tom) of Texas; and his close friend Marcia Yanshak of Monroeville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
