She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Joseph Vigo, Sr. and Erma Jean Vigo (Colwell). She is survived by: her husband Harry B. Reefer Jr. of Kiski Township; her daughter Nicole D. Rebyanski; her stepson Bradley D. Reefer of Texas; her brother Franklin Joseph "Joe" Vigo Jr. of Kiski Township; and her sibling's children, Maria Kester (Steve) of Murrysville and Orren Vigo (Erin) of Maryland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Corridoni Funeral Services (1916 Moore Ave, Apollo, PA 15673).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Cindy's memory be directed to patient care at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
