It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald H. Lowman of Apollo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Donald has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lowman and Betty Beskid. He is survived by: his wife Erma Elaine Lowman (Johns) of Apollo; his children, Dawn Marie Mellinger (Randy) of Hyde Park, Jason Lowman and Michelle Dongiovanni (Aaron) of Vandergrift; and his grandchildren, Christopher Dongiovanni of Wisconsin, Matthew Dongiovanni of Greensburg and Emma Mellinger of Hyde Park.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, Inc. (170 Main St, Leechburg, PA 15656). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
