He was predeceased by: his father John G. Stefaniak; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Stefaniak (Froncek); his wife Barbara Ann; his son Steven Paul; and his siblings, Paul, John, Joe, Andy, George, Anna, Mary, Rosie, Katie, Betty, Aggie and Irene.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Jr. Stefaniak (Lavina) and Chuck Stefaniak (Doris); and his grandchildren, Chuckie Stefaniak (Laura), Chad Stefaniak (Brooke), Shane Stefaniak (Jaclyn), Chase Green (Laeta), William Monson, Jamie Spiering (Mark), Samantha Reed (Jeremy), April Stefaniak and Dana Stefaniak. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
