He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Waltenbaugh (Kinter) and John Adam Waltenbaugh; and his siblings, Robert, William, Paul, Ronald, John, Nancy Waltenbaugh and Eileen (Sam McKnight).
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Waltenbaugh (Hoak); his children, John Waltenbaugh (Cherie Sprankle), Ken Waltenbaugh (Lesli), Suz Peppler (Steve) and Barb Waltenbaugh; his grandchildren, Codey Martin (Madeline Cribbs), Alex Waltenbaugh (Megan), Kyle Waltenbaugh, Jacob Olsen, Zachary Olsen, Nathan Peppler (Tricia Sullivan), Noah Waltenbaugh, Ethan Waltenbaugh and Megan Hertzler (Coleman); his great grandchildren, Lumin, Layla, Adalyn, Oaklee and Holden; his close friend Tom Newton of North Apollo; and his pets, Gracie and Daisy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
