He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond E. Stanford and Martha A. Stanford (Bodenhorn); his wife Helen E. Stanford (McLean); his daughter Dana Stanford; his sister Jean Slobodzian (Peter); and his brother-in-law Robert McLean.

He is survived by : his son Karl T. Stanford (Karen) of North Apollo; his grandchildren, Sierra McGuire (Travis) and Justin Shepherd; and his son-in-law Warren "Shep" Shepherd of Kiski Township.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Ray's name to Pine Run Presbyterian Church 1117 White Cloud Road Apollo, PA 15613.
