Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Robert for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. Riley and Phylliss J. Riley (Haines); his former wife Barcilisa Riley; and his stepchildren, Rockwell "Rocky" and Debra Rhoades.
He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Riley (Gould); his children, Joyce Fleming of Bentleyville, Robert Riley, Jr. of Apollo and Sandra Jones of Jacksonville, FL; and his stepson Jerry Rhoades of Waxahachie, TX. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and nieces and nephews.
