She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl G. Bartoe, Jr. and Mary I. Bartoe (Cunningham). She is survived by: her husband Frank S. Tatar; her children, Frank Tatar, Nicole Gilkey and Brandon Watterson; and her siblings, Hiliary Nasetka (William) and Mark Bartoe (Mary Lynn). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
