He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis Bowersox, Bernice Adams (Edwin), Harold R. Hughes, Sr. and Helen Santy; and his uncle Terry "Yush" Bowersox.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael E. "Mike" Bowersox (Beth Abell) of Apollo and Jody L. Bowersox (Hughes) of Apollo; his brother Brandon M. Bowersox of Apollo; his stepsiblings, Harley Petsel (Aaron) of Natrona Heights, Tyler Abbell of Kittanning and Jordan Abbell of Apollo; his grandfather John Santy, Jr. of North Apollo; his niece Riley Petsel; his aunts and uncles, Randy Bowersox (Vickie) of Apollo, Donna Wysocki (Patrick) of Kiski Township, Harold R. Hughes, Jr. (Bonnie) of Apollo and Kristen Santy (Frank) of Natrona Heights; and his pet Peanut.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. - Apollo (100 Owens View Ave, Apollo, PA 15613). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Shawn's memory to the Orphans Of The Storm, 11878 PA Route 85, Kittanning, PA 16201.
