He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rhea and Edna Josephine Rhea (Eisler); and his wife Agnes R. "Tootie" Rhea (Colish). He is survived by: his children, William S. Rhea, Jr. (Susan) of Lower Burrell, Kim E. Rhea (Sherry) of Upper Burrell, Robbee M. Mudrinich (Nick) of Lower Burrell and Julee R. Eshenbaugh (Ronald) of Lower Burrell; his brother Theodore Rhea (Carol) of Woodstock, VA; and his close friend Pauline M. Snyder of Butler. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
