He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tarpay and Margaret Baksay Tarpay; and his siblings, Paul, Alex Tarpay and Margaret Tarpay.
He is survived by: his brother Frank Tarpay of Apollo; his niece Christen Canaan of New Kensington; and his sister-in-law Barbara Tarpay (DeMarco) of Apollo Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous loving nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Charles B. Jarvie Springdale Funeral Home Inc. (801 Pittsburgh St, Springdale, PA 15144). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3820 Greenwood Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068).
