He is survived by: his children, Alexis (Ron), Vanessa Trently (Ian) and Samantha Kozuch (Josh); his grandchildren, Willow, Ty and Emyrson; and his siblings, Steve Pientack (Joan), Loretta Mahalidge and Ruth Manchak (Robert).
