He was predeceased by: his father Joseph L. Falkowski. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Fairburn Falkowski; his sister Pamela Ealo (Bruno Ealo III); his sibling's children, Bruno Ealo IV and Gracie Ealo; his close friend Cheri Kisel; Keiera and Karley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
