He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cordes Jacques; his daughters, Jenia Jacques of Scranton, Kristen Jacques of Scranton, Kaelyn Jacques (Marc Christensen) of Jessup and Jordyn (Jonathan Hanna) of Lake Ariel; his sisters, Maureen Smith of Archbald, Kathleen (John Schwartztrauber) of Archbald and Colleen Jacques (John Cerra) of Eynon; and his grandchildren, Jacques, Kora Torbeck, Madeline Dechavez, Kolt, Tegan, Brynlee Hanna and Kamryn Christensen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
