He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Sara; his mother Virginia Fisher; his children, Jessica, Kristina, Jerry (Jessica), Kellie and Jena; his siblings, Janine Ashbridge (Michael) and Christopher Fisher; and his nieces, Margie, Teresa, Alexa and Kayla.
