He was predeceased by: his foster parents, Harry Bozarth and Viola Bozarth; his sister Marion Schwoebel; his foster brother Michael Hillman; his grandson John; his siblings-in-law, Sallye and Jim; and his pets, Kasha, Cybil, Duke, Thor, Macon and Tigger.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Catherine Tryon); his son John; his granddaughters, Heather Peterman and Katie Quinn (Tim); his great grandchildren, Ryan (Jenna), Margot, Oliver, Jack, Timmy, Caitlin, Kara, Krista, Keira, William Henry and Charlotte; and his grandson Henry. He is also survived by his kids' and grandkids' lives as well as his brother and sisters in law, along with many nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chadwick & McKinney Funeral Home (30 E Athens Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003).
