He is survived by: his wife Julia "Judy" Toy; his sons, Greg Toy and Kevin Toy; his stepson William Pelliccione; his grandchildren, Natalie, Mackenzie, Spencer, Landinn, Mason, Brycen and Ashton; and his siblings, Pat Newcomb, Audley Toy, Scott Toy and Hope Toy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Richard C Stuart Funeral Home (392 E Philadelphia St, Armagh, PA 15920). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
