She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jean Owens of Carlisle, PA, James Lee Smith (Deborah) of Carlisle, PA, Daniel Eugene Smith (Arlene) of Breezewood, PA, Cathy Ann Smith of Waynesboro, PA and Tammy J. Smith of Claysburg, PA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
