Alberta Wagner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025, Alberta Wagner of Ashland, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Kulengosky and Marion Kulengosky (Dibello); and her siblings, Mary, David Kulengosky, Theresa Polnasek (Kulengosky) and Irene Yasenchak (Kulengosky).
She is survived by: her daughter Heidi (Scott Lapachinsky); her grandchildren, Grant and Grace Lapachinsky; her brothers, Charles Kulengosky (Diane) and Phillip Kulengosky (Pam) of Mission Viejo, CA; her nieces, Pamela LePre and Ann Marie Nasek; and her grandson Gerald Schlegel. She is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church (1115 Walnut St, Ashland, PA 17921). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
