She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Sideravage and Mary Sideravage (Macieunas); and her husband John J. Lokitis, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, John J. Lokitis, Jr. of Ashland and Deborah Alperstein (Alexander) of Elysburg; and her grandson Braden Lokitis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Joseph J. Stutz Funeral Home (40 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (47 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Ignatius Cemetery.
