It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald J. Freiler of Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Freiler and Doris Freiler (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Janette Freiler (Aaron); his children, Jerry Freiler (Susan) of Murrell's Inlet, SC and Mary Ann Henning (Ron) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Nicole, Ryan, Meghan, Morgan and Clary; and his great grandchild Malina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in Jerry's name, to the American Hose Company at 639 Walnut Street, Ashland, PA 17921.
