She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Duke and Mary Duke; and her brother Michael Duke. She is survived by: her brother Joseph "George" Duke of Spring Lake.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (1100 Walnut St, Ashland, PA 17921).
In lieu of flowers, mass donations can be made, in Kathy's name, to St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1115 Walnut Street Ashland, PA 17921.
