We bid farewell to Mamie M. Wetzel (Ashland, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 3, 2025 at the age of 93. Mamie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the sacred silence of farewell, Mamie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Evans and Isabelle Evans. She is survived by: her children, Lee, Jerry Wetzel and Lisa Dinger (Wetzel); and her grandchildren, Tom Wetzel, Rebecca Wetzel, Kathryn Kovalenko (Wetzel), Dana Fisher (Dinger) and Samantha Pogash (Dinger). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion's Reformed United Church of Christ (2400 Centre St, Ashland, PA 17921). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
