He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Sturr (Matthew) of Laurel, MD and Ben Orkin (Erin); his grandchildren, Dorothy, Alexander and Abigail; his nephew Dr Todd Banning; and his sister-in-law Linda Banning (Andreas).
