She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Aaron and Ruth Aaron (Ney); her husband Edward O'Donnell; her son Shawn O'Donnell; and her grandson Edward O'Donnell III.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Tregembo (Kenneth), Edward O'Donnell Jr. and James O'Donnell; her sister Janette Freiler; her grandchildren, Kayla, Scott (Katie), Shawn Patrick, Caitlin and Jessica (Joe); her great grandchildren, Kiria, Emily, Maxwell, Jeffrey, Jena Lee, Carlie, Kayliegh, Alayna, Madison and Ethan; and her caregivers, Kristen, Josh, Bobby and Melissa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Frackville, PA 17931). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made, in Ruth Ann' name, to the American Hose Company at 639 Walnut Street, Ashland, PA 17921.
