He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Mae (Kline) and William J. Fisher Sr.; his brother Robert A. Fisher; and his son William J. Fisher III. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Fisher (Krolick); his mother-in-law Brigitta Krolick; his daughters, Amy Brennan (Mike) and Rebecca Taylor (Sam) of Morehead City, NC; his brothers, Keith C. Fisher (Michele) of Oakland, AL, Daniel T. Fisher (Christina) of Cape Coral, FL and Donald P. Fisher (Rochelle); and his siblings-in-law, Felicia Krolick, Nicole King and Stephen Krolick. He is also survived by 1 granddaughter; 3 grandsons; several nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews.
A procession was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home (901 Centre St, Ashland, PA 17921). The military honors was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
