He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reed and Julia Reed Sr. (Orlosky); his daughter Pamela Amrhein; and his sister Bertha Adaline Reed. He is survived by: his wife Zola Dempsey; his children, Teresa Kishlock (Christopher) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Makayla Shutts (Connor), Marcella Kelly (Hugh), Garrett, Anevay Reed, Lukas (Zoe) and Adriana Amrhein; his great grandchildren, Iris and Greyson; and his sisters, Barbara Thompson and Julia Rossomme (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
