He is survived by: his parents, Wayne L. Stevens and Loretta Stevens (Eader); his child Taylor M. Barbagallo; his sisters, Wanda Sanders of Aspers and Randa Clinedinst (Shawn) of Aspers; his nieces, Brooke Sanders, Layken Sanders (Josh) and Sierra Sanders; his nephew Dillon McCauslin; his great-niece Winnie; and his great-nephew Kashton.
