She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Smith, Sr. and Mary Doyle (Barbour); her husband Freeman G. Kuhn, Sr.; her sons, Steven and Christopher Kuhn; her grandson Brian Kuhn; her siblings, Harry Smith, Jr., Bruce Smith, Robert Smith and Oriola "Betz" Showers; and her stepfather James Doyle.

She is survived by : her children, Freeman G. Kuhn, Jr. (Lisa) of Heidlersburg and Brenda S. Kuhn of Aspers; her grandchildren, William Kuhn (Shelly), Zachary Karczmarek and Jeneane Kuhn (Brianna); her great grandchildren, Tyler Kuhn and Scarlett Kuhn; and her siblings, Jerry Smith of Aspers and Beatrice Myers of Lakeland, FL..
