She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Chase (Courtney), Michael Chase (Jessica) and Jeffrey Gerlach (Heidi); her grandchildren, Jackson Chase, Madison Chase, Lylia Chase, Reece Chase, Bryn Gerlach and Holden Gerlach; and her siblings, Dante Bonfigli (Molly), Donna d'Terra and Stephen Hartman.
