She is survived by: her husband Richard P. Jacob; her children, Richard Jacob (Cheryl), Paul Jacob (Carol) and Maureen Matesich (Bill); her grandchildren, Richard, Robert, Claire, Thomas, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Jacob, Greg, Bill, Maria and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Emma, Ryan, Ethan, Eliza, Amelia, Violet and Alex; and her siblings, Ann Butcher, George Kleiderlein and Isabelle Allanach (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
