He was predeceased by: his mothers, Lex Winans and Beatrice Winans; his sister Lynn Smith; and his former wife Bonnie Wyman. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hamilton; his children, Lex Winans (Nina) and Molly Winans (Dan); his stepchildren, Bruce Bartholomew (Nancy), Brian Bartholomew (Marita) and Hilary Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Annika, Mia, Britta, Mara, Wes, Alexa, Camdin and Poppy.
