She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Lewellen, III; and her siblings, Martin Kennedy, Ellen Nash and Mike Kennedy. She is survived by: her sister Marlene Gentry (Jim); and her nieces and nephews, Mark Gentry (Carol), Teresa Shepard, Denise Williams, Wendy Short (Dan), Tim Kennedy, Steve Kennedy, Isaac Kennedy, Cindy Magner Kevin (Todd) and John Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions in Shirley's memory to the St. Margaret Foundation or the Hancock Chapel Cemetery Fund.
