He is survived by: his caregiver Lisa DeLeo Perry; and his children, Katharine Perry (Joseph Kania) and Jonathan Perry (Amanda). He is also survived by his family, friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Kostka Church (57 21st St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
