She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Pontillo and Margurite Pontillo; her husband James W. Ryan, Jr.; her grandson Francis "Frankie" Ryan; and her son-in-law Steven Weikel.

She is survived by: her children, James Ryan (Susan), Jill Weikel, Judith Mills (James), Gary Ryan and Darrin Ryan (Deb); her grandchildren, Ryan (Shannon), Danielle, Wesley (Sierra), Rebecca (Kevin), Jeffrey and Natalie; and her brothers, Earl Pontillo and Ralph Pontillo (Jeanette). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
