With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carolyn A. Tuohey of Aston, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Carolyn left this world on September 28, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander LaChette and Sara Wilson LaChette; and her siblings, Francis LaChette, Bernadine Gaines, Alexander LaChette and Joan Bruni.
She is survived by: her sons, John Tuohey (Leona), Michael Tuohey, Philip Tuohey and Kenneth Tuohey (Trisha); and her brother Anthony LaChette. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lenni VFW.
