He was predeceased by: his wife Joan O'Connor; and his sister Florence O'Connor. He is survived by: his son Charles O'Connor III (Donna) of Bear, DE.; his grandsons, Michael and James O'Connor; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Draven, Hannah and Skylan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
