She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Sallusto and Mildred Sallusto; and her husband Eugene O'Neill. She is survived by : her sister Josie Harper; her children, Karen Fischer (Larry) of Oxford, PA, Thomas O'Neill (Josie) of New London, PA and Christine Record (David) of Chattanooga, TN.; her grandchildren, TJ (Ashleigh), Doug (Emily), Jesse, Gene Marie and Stephen (Maddy); and her great grandchildren, James, Thomas, Beau, Max, Finley and Raelynn Jane.
