She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlene M. Turner and Charles Gallagher; and her siblings, Gary Gallagher and Charleen McKenzie. She is survived by: her husband Larry L. Smith; her daughter Erika Dougherty (Isaiah); her stepdaughters, Sheri and Staci Smith; her brother Jeff Gallagher (Lisa); and her granddaughters, Nova Dawn and Vienna Rose Dougherty.
